重油催化裂化汽油脱臭工艺的优化改进及分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对洛阳分公司第Ⅱ套重油催化裂化汽油脱臭装置精制汽油硫醇超标、博士试验不通过、化工原材料消耗量大、装置加工费用高等问题,采取更换固定床反应器活性炭后,改进固定床反应器再生、载剂方式,优化工艺流程停用碱液抽提系统等措施,不断优化生产工艺条件。实施后,精制汽油硫醇合格率由2002年的68%提高到2003年的98%、2004年的100%,装置操作费用由2002年的3.78元/t原料降低到2003年的1.73元/t原料、2004年的0.77元/t原料,取得显著的经济效益。通过对重油催化裂化汽油脱臭装置几年的运行分析,总结出采用无碱脱臭工艺,提高产品合格率,降低装置操作费用的技术措施。 According to the problems of refined gasoline with over sulfur alcohol, over consumption of chemical material and high operation cost of the second set of RFCC Gasoline deodorizing plant of Luoyang Branch, a series reformation was implemented as change an active carbon and improve regeneration and catalyst carrying manner of the fixed-bed reactor, stopping alkaline liquor extraction system to optimize the process flow and process condition. After implementation of the reformation and optimization, the great benefits have been achieved by the qualified rate of sulfur alcohol in the refined gasoline increases up to 98% in 2003 and 100% in 2004 from 68% of 2002. The operation cost of feedstock in the unit decreases from 3.78 yuan/t in 2002 to 1.73 yuan/t and to 0.77 yuan/t in 2004. By analyzing the operation of the RFCC gasoline deodorizing plant in the se-veral years, the technical measurements by adopting non-alkaline deodorization process, improving products qualification and decreasing the o-peration cost of the unit.
