高盐摄入对大鼠血压和血管舒缩功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察高盐摄入对大鼠血压及血管舒缩功能的影响.方法:成年雄性Wistar大鼠40只,鼠龄8周,随机分为正常对照组(N组)和高盐摄入(S)组,每组20只.高盐摄入为普通饲料加8%的食盐,N组为普通饲料含0.4%的食盐,每周测量鼠尾血压,8周后取胸主动脉血管环观察对血管活性药物血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、乙酰胆碱(Ach)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、硝酸甘油(NTG)舒缩反应.结果:S组大鼠血压分别在第2周超过N组,第6周达最高,分别为(18.01±0.55)kPa与(15.33±0.38)kPa(P<0.010) , 但血压改变在停止干预后2~4周可恢复;同时S组大鼠离体主动脉环对缩血管物质AngⅡ(10-6mol/L)和NE(10-6 mol/L)的最大收缩反应强于N组(P<0.05);对内皮依赖性舒血管物质(Ach)和非内皮依赖性舒血管药物(NTG)的舒张反应(对NE收缩的松弛率)均低于N组.结论:高盐摄入干预可引起大鼠血压升高,血管功能则表现主动脉环对AngⅡ和NE的收缩反应增强和对内皮依赖和非内皮依赖性舒血管药物的舒张功能受损,血管功能异常则可能是动物血压升高的基础.
