摘要
以相应的金属硝酸盐和尿素为原料,采用燃烧法合成了蓝色发光材料Sr2CeO4。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)以及荧光光度计等手段对Sr2CeO4的物相结构、形貌粒度、发光性质等进行了研究。研究发现:适当过量的尿素及恰当后处理温度,有利于获得纯相和高发光亮度的Sr2CeO4粉末。
In this paper, blue-emitting Sr2CeO4 powders were synthesized by the combustion process, using cot responding metal nitrates and urea as raw materials. The phases and structure, the size and morphology, and the luminescent properties of the samples were investigated respectively by XRD, SEM, Fluorescence spectrophotometer. The results showed that an appropriate excess of urea and appropriate calcination temperature were benefit to the gain of the pure phase and high luminescent intensity of Sr2CeO4.
