摘要 以聚乙烯醇、丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸为原料,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,采用溶液共聚法制备了聚乙烯醇-聚(丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸)(PVA-P(AM-co-AA))互穿网络高吸水性树脂。研究了MBA浓度、AA含量、PVA交联时间、溶液的离子强度对互穿网络高吸水树脂吸水倍率的影响。 In this paper, a series of interpenetrating polymer networks(IPNs) of poly(vinyl aeohol)(PVA) and poly(acrylamide-co-acrylic acid) (P(AM-co-AA)) were synthesized by solution polymerization of acrylamide(AM) and acrylic acid(AA) in the presence of poly(vinyl acohol) (PVA), using ammonium persulfate as initiator and N,N'-methylene bis(acrylamide)(MBA) as crosslinker. PVA was crosslinked with glutaraldhyde in the subsequent step. The influence of the concentration o[ MBA, the content of AA, the crosslinking time of PVA and ionic strength of the swelling medium on the water absorbency of full-IPNs were studied in detailed.
