摘要
简要回顾了实物期权的核心意义．结合高科技战略投资的特点，分析了高科技项目投资的期权特征及期权价值构成．强调在分析项目的战略价值时，务必要考虑独立项目的协同作用以及序列项目的相互作用．随后还介绍了高科技项战略投资项目的价值评估模型，并指出高科技战略投资项目期权分析的意义．
After reviewing the core concepts of real options, the features and formation of real options in hi-tech projects were analyzed in combination with the characteristics of hi-tech strategic investment. It was stressed that the coordinative functions between independent projects and the interactive functions between serial projects must be paid attention when figuring out the strategic values of projects. An evaluation mode of hi-tech strategic investment projects was introduced, and the significance was pointed out as well.
