控制燃油锅炉运行中NO_x生成的技术研究 被引量:7

摘要 分析燃油锅炉运行中NOx产生的机理,探讨影响其生成的因素,研究抑制其生成和排放的燃烧技术:低氧燃烧、掺水燃烧、空气分级燃烧和废气循环燃烧等。结合实验研究结果,重点分析空气分级燃烧和废气循环燃烧对油燃烧中燃料氮转化和氮氧化物生成的影响,并介绍一种新型低氮氧化物排放的燃油技术———预蒸发燃烧技术。 The mechanisms of NOx formation and the factors affecting the generation of NOx during oil-boiler running were analyzed. Some combustion technology which could decrease the production & emission of NOx during boiler running was also discussed:the low-oxygen combustion technique, the water-oil-emulsion combustion technique, the air-staging combustion technique, the exhaust-gas-reburning combustion technique, etc. Combining with experimental results, the effects of air-staging and exhaust-gas-reburning combustion technique on the fuel-N converting and NOx production during oil-boiler running were studied with emphasis, and a new type of oil combustion technique with low NOx emission the prevaporize & premix technique was introduced briefly at the end of this paper.
