摘要
分析了影响劳动者最优受教育年限的因素,并构建了一般性地反映人们在就学和就业之间进行选择的最优化模型;应用格林公式,着重讨论了人力资本增长潜力对劳动者教育投资决策行为的影响.模型的结论与实际的决策行为是一致的,显示了模型的有效性.
To further analyze the individual's choices of investment in education, a model in optimal control language is constructed, which shows us the mechanisms when individuals are making their decisions between education and job. With Green's formula, corresponding factors and their effects on labor's optimal schooling years are discussed. Here, upper limit of human capital development is our key consideration.
