锰铁高炉的精料与强化冶炼

摘要 通过对锰铁高炉入炉含锰原料采取加强过筛、提高熟料率及入炉品位、降低渣量等精料措施,采用高风温、富氧及脱湿鼓风等改善鼓风质量的手段,对锰铁高炉进行强化冶炼.制定合适的工艺参数:锰铁高炉理论燃烧温度控制在2 300~2 350℃,生铁高炉理论燃烧温度保持在2050℃以上;提高了锰金属回收率,改善了锰铁高炉技术经济指标. With beneficiation of Mn contained materials by intensified screening, increasing agglomeration rate and charge grade, reducing slag content, smelting in ferromanganese BF was intensified by improving blast quality such as high blast temperature, oxygen-enrichment, dewetting. The process parameters were designed as follows: theoretical combustion temperature for ferromanganese BF is controlled in the range from 2300 ℃ to 2350 ℃, for hot metal, the theoretical combustion temperature is above 2050 ℃. The technical and economic indexes are improved by increasing Mn recovery rate.
