摘要
为了研究烟道竖炉电弧炉中废钢预热的特性,建立了废钢预热模型,此模型是竖炉冶炼动态模拟的一个子模型。模型可以计算,预热废钢入炉温度,为炉内动态模拟提供初始数据;在关闭手指预热条件下的料柱温度分布,根据这样的分布可以让操作人员选择合适类型的废钢进行预热,确保预热过程中局部预热温度不超过1 000℃,防止粘接影响下料;不同类型废钢的平均预热温度,为能量结构模型的优化计算提供初始数据。提出了如何利用好废钢预热技术的建议。
A scrap preheating model was developed to study the characteristics of scrap preheating in Fuchs finger shaft furnace (FSF) as a sub model of dynamic simulation for FSF. The parameters can be calculated by the model are: the scrap temperature at the entry to the melting furnace, as the initial data for dynamic simulation, the temperature distribution of scrap column during preheating with closed fingers, as the guide for the operators to select proper kind of scrap to be preheated, ensuring that the highest local temperature in scrap column is less than 1000 ℃, to prevent sticking of scrap to the finger or shaft wall, the average temperature of different preheated scrap, as initial data for optimization of energy structure. Some advices are provided to use scrap preheating technology more reasonably in China, where the quality of scrap is relatively bad.
