玉米粒为载体的流化床生物膜反应器处理印染废水 被引量:4

摘要 以废弃玉米粒为载体,在生物膜流化床试验装置上进行印染废水处理试验研究.结果表明,与炉渣载体比较成膜时间缩短2 d;形成的生物膜生长到载体内部,结合牢固;曝气量(20~30 L/h·L)受流化状况控制,比非生物质载体时略大,玉米粒含量为2~4g/L时,COD、色度和浊度的去除率分别为72%、85%和86%. Discarded corn particles were used as biofilm carriers and the physical model was discussed theoretically. A contrast test to the coke as a carrier was made in a fluidized bed biofilm reactor to dispose dyeing wastewater. It was proved that the time of forming biofilm was shortened by 3 days using the corn than the coke, as well as immobilized biofilm was more firmer through growing into the corn. However, the aerating rate, which was controlled by the state of fluidization, was 20 - 30 L/h · L,which is higher than that of nonbiomass carriers. The experiment also indicated that when the concentration of the corn was 2 · 4 g/L, the removals of COD, color and muddy degree were 72% , 85% and 86% respectively.
