用窄带噪声滤波器提高交流220V单片逆变集成电路的抗扰性

摘要 单片逆变集成电路已经广泛应用到空调的风机驱动上,它易于受到噪声的干扰。我们为交流220V单片逆变集成电路开发了窄带滤波器来抵抗噪声,它有可以缩短延迟时间的充电和放电加速器,也有滞后电路可以抑制任何阶段产生的噪声。它被置于上/下驱动电路的前级来抑制源于任何输入端子的噪声。本文最后用实验验证了窄带噪声滤波器非常出色的效果。 Single chip inverter IC has been widely used for driving fan motors of air conditioners.It tends to receive switching noises.We have developed arrow width noise filter for AC200V single chip inverter IC to reject the noises applied at any periods.It was adopted just before upper/lower drives to reject the noises applied to any imput terminals.The effect of narrow width noise filter was successfully confirmed in the following experiment.
