摘要
目的评价强化教育干预对2型糖尿病合并脂肪肝患者行为及代谢状况改善的影响。方法 60例患者(30例合并脂肪肝、30例非脂肪肝)实施强化教育干预与指导,制定个体化饮食、运动计划、减肥方案,有针对性地实施强化教育、心理与行为指导,评价强化教育前、教育后饮食、运动等行为及代谢指标的变化。结果强化教育后,糖尿病合并脂肪肝组患者饮食结构趋于合理、参与运动明显增多、焦虑减轻、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、血压等代谢指标有明显的改善(均P<0.05)。糖尿病非脂肪肝组实施一般糖尿病教育显示患者的饮食、运动行为、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖等代谢指标也有明显的改善(均P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并脂肪肝患者通过强化教育、心理支持、控制饮食、坚持运动、减轻体重等措施使患者大部分代谢指标有明显改善,显示了有针对性的强化糖尿病教育的近期有效作用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of education intervention by the diabetes education nurse on behavioral change and metabolic improvement of the type-2 diabetic patients with fatty liver. Methods A total of 60 type-2 diabetics ( n = 30 with fatty liver and n = 30 without fatty liver) were studied. The patients without fatty liver received the diabetic treatment and diabetes education. The patients with fatty liver received individual and intervention education from the diabetes education nurse in the inpatient department. The effect was evaluated before and after education. Results 'lhe study showed that the behavioral indices of the type-2 diabetic patients with fatty liver were significantly improved in the education intervention group after education( P 〈 0.05). FBG, PBG and blood pressure were also improved after education in the education intervention group without fatty liver ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Individual diabetic intervention education program practiced by the diabetes education nurse was effective. It was found that diabetic education program had a positive effect on short-term improvement of behavior and metabolic indices of patients with fatty liver.
