摘要
介绍 JE- 30 0 # 水处理剂在蒸汽机车锅炉水处理中的应用情况。经沈阳铁路局吉林分局梅河口机务段 1 0个月的运行对比 ,结果表明 :该处理剂无毒、无腐蚀且经济效益显著 ,在运行条件下具有除氧、除垢、除锈、防蚀及分散等多种功能 。
A kind of water- treating agent using JE- 30 0 as main agentwas introduced in this paper.Through about ten- month application in the operation of locomotives Qianjin 1 6 0 2 # , 2 4 6 0 # and Jianshe531 1 # ,531 5# of Meihekkou Section Jilin Branch Bureau and extended use in each line in whole section,the result showed that this agent was not poisonous,corrosive and with great benefit.Under operating condition,it had many functions such as deoxidiza- tion,dirt removal,rusts removal,anticorrosion and dispersion.It was suitable for the treat- ment of steam locomotive boiler water which had a great change in quality.
