摘要
目的提高ICU护士工作效率。增加工作满意度,提高护理质量。方法采用问卷调查法对258名ICU护士所承受的工作压力程度以及压力与压力源、压力应对、社会支持状况之间的关系进行分析。结果多因素分析表明,ICU护士压力源指标有工作责任重、压力大、工作环境复杂、工资福利待遇低、与患者及家属关系紧张、缺乏领导及社会的支持、缺乏心理培训。压力应对指标有担心、紧张、焦虑、哭泣、接受现实、听之任之、相信事情会变好、积极解决问题。结论建议通过管理措施减轻或消除压力正向作用因索,提供护士压力释放的组织和设施,通过心理培训提高护士的压力应对能力.促进护士心理健康。
Aim To enhance the productivity and job satisfaction of nurses and quality of care to the patients. Methods The subjects in the investigation were ICU nurses (n = 258). By using a questionnaire method stress resource, stress coping strategies, social support were analyzed. Results Stepwise multiple regression suggested the stress resources included heavy responsibilities and stress in work, complicated work environment, low salary and welfare, bad relation between nurses and patients and patients family members, defaulted support of leader and social, defaulted psychological training. Coping stress index included worry, tension, anxiety, crying, accepting the fact, hopelessly letting things be, believing in things to be better and actively solving question. Conclusion Actions should be taken to reduce or eliminate the stressors. Nurses should be warned of job stress and be trained to copy with stress effectively. Supporting facilities should be provided for nurses when they feel stressed, Managers need to make stress management a career skill and take good care of their staff.
