摘要
目的探讨颅脑外伤后精神症状的护理措施。方法对60例颅脑外伤后精神症状的患者除进行手术及综合治疗外，同时采用心理护理、安全护理、用药护理及饮食护理等措施。结果60例颅脑外伤后精神症状患者中，痊愈52例，显著进步6例，无效2例。结论正确的护理措施可以保障病人的安全，促使精神症状得到改善。
Aim To explore the nursing measures of the mental symptoms after brain trauma. Methods 60 patients with the mental symptoms after brain injuries were operated on and treated comprehensively, and other nursing measures were also used such as psychological nursing, safe nursing and so on. Results 52 recovered from the mental symptom of the external brain injuries among 60 patients, 6 patients showed great improvement,2 patients showed no effect. Conclusion The right nursing measures can guarantee the sufferer＇s safety. Improvement in mental status can thus be achieved.
