摘要
将美国护理学家罗伊(Roy)的适应模式学说中的生理适应方式、自我概念适应方式、角色功能适应方式和相互依赖适应方式用于帮助2例心肌炎儿童出现适应性问题时,作出适应性反应。给予信息支持使他们获得本病相关知识;给予情感支持、心理疏导,让患儿参与护理,协助病儿适应“病人角色”;给予患儿家属精神支持、经济援助,消除或淡化家属的焦虑心理,使家属情绪、行为对患儿起到良性刺激,通过患儿的适应性反应而达到促进健康的目的。
Two children with myocarditis were nursed through Roy adaptation model: physiological, self concept, role function and interdependence mode. Patients and parents were provided with relative information, which made them learn about their illness. Then the children were expected to be involved in the nursing. To relieve parents' psychological distress, and to arouse children's positive response, spiritual and economic supports were given to them. As a result, the aim to improve their health was achieved through children' s proper response.
