摘要
从声表面波振荡器的温度敏感机理,阐述了所提出的一种谐振型声表面波无源无线温度传感系统的结构和工作原理,并测量了该传感系统的温度———频率特性.实验结果表明,以L iNbO3为基片的谐振型声表面波无源无线温度传感系统具有较高的温频线性度和较高的温度灵敏度.
The temperature sensing mechanism of surface acoustic wave (SAW) was introduced and the structure and principle of the passive wireless temperature sensing system using SAW resonator was discussed. The temperature-frequency characteristics of the sensing system showed that the linearity and the sensitivity of the passive wireless temperature sensing system using LiNbO3 SAW resonator were quite high.
