A Quantitative Research of Virtual Organization's Boundary:a Perspective from Transaction Cost Theory

从交易费用经济学理论出发,对比分析了传统组织与虚拟组织在节约交易费用上的差异.并用数理模型方法分析了虚拟组织的边界范围,认为虚拟组织并不是无限可扩的,而是有严格的边界存在的,超越这个边界则虚拟组织的优势就会丧失.

This paper analyzes the diffdrence of transactions cost saving between traditional organizations and virtual organizations. By using quantitative methods to define the boundary of the virtual organization, we discover that the virtual organization isn＇t able to expand infinitely. There exists a strict boundary, exceeding it costs the advantage of the virtual organizationt.
