依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗老年慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Enalapril Combined with Metoprolol in the Treatment of Chronic Congestive Heart Failure for the Old Patients

目的:观察常规治疗基础上联合应用依那普利和美托洛尔治疗老年慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法:选择60例老年慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者,随机分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。观察组在常规治疗的基础上,加用依那普利和美托洛尔,比较两组疗效。结果:观察组28例有效,总有效率93.33%,对照组21例有效,总有效率70.00%,两组间差异有显著性(P<0.05),且观察组心率明显下降,左室射血分数明显上升(P<0.05)。结论:依那普利和美托洛尔联合应用能有效改善老年慢性CHF患者的心功能,提高患者的生活质量,降低死亡率。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of using cnalapril combined with metoprolol on the basis of routine treatment of chronic congestive heart failure （CHF） for the old patients. Methods： Sixty old chronic CHF patients were collected and randomly divided into control group （ n =30） and experimental group （ n =30）. Adding enalapril and metoprolol on the basis of routine treatment on experimental group, then the different effects of the two groups were observed. Result： Twenty-eight patients showed improved symptoms in experimental group with the total effective rate of 93.33%, 21 patients showed improved symptoms in control group with the total effective rate of 70.00%. There are significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈0.05）. The heart rate （HR） decrease and EF increase obviously in experimental group. Conclusion： Enalapril combined with metoprolol can improve the heart function of the old patients in the CHF and improve the patients＇ living quality, then reduce the death rate.
