民族自治地方经济发展滞后的原因是多方面的,但关键的原因是资本形成不足。本文通过详实的资料比较了民族自治地方资本形成的历史和现实状况,分析了资本形成不足对经济发展的约束。在此基础上,本文还探讨了资本形成不足的制度背景和原因,提出了加速资本形成、促进民族自治地方经济快速发展的对策思路。

There are many reasons for the economic underdevelopment in ethnic autonomy regions, but the key is the lack of the capital formation. On the basis of the related data, this paper compares the past and the present of the capital formation in ethnic regions with those in other areas and analyzes the developmental limitation because of the lack of the capital formation. The paper also explores its system context and factors and offers some ideas that accelerate the capital formation to promote quicker economic development in ethnic autonomy regions.
