对茂名高压聚乙烯装置二次压缩机气缸及进出口连接螺栓进行受力计算分析,找出螺栓疲劳失效寿命,并根据分析结果,针对性地提出螺栓疲劳失效的防范措施,确保装置安全生产。
; Load on the cylinder and the connecting bolts at inlet and outlet of the secondary compressor in Maoming HP Polyethylene Unit is calculated and analyzed to define the fatigue failure life of bolts. Countermeasures of fatigue failure of bolts are advanced based on the analytic result to ensure a safe production of the unit.
