This paper gives the essential meanings of IT infrastructure and application architecture for the whole information systems of fire-prevention, proposes the design goal, technical strategy and the components of the Open IT Infrastructure for FiR-Prevention, and discusses the Services-Oriented Architecture and the related business standardization for fire-prevention. Finally, the paper also gives its outlook on public services system for fire prevention.
