摘要
针对龙首矿双矿车翻车机回转体车削加工的难题进行较为全面的论述。介绍翻车机回转体的结构特点、使用方式及其要求,论述回转体的切削加工途径和问题,建立整体车削加工体系,并从原理和技术参数两方面对方案的可行性进行论证,指出该方案的优缺点,得出了该整体车削方案切实可行的结论,为此类工件车削找到了一条有效的途径,并对提出的新见解进行讨论。
The paper describes the problems in rotator cutting of a double car dumping gear in Long-shou mine,The paper recommends the structure features, application methods and requirements of the machine,discusses the cutting method and problems,establishes a system to machine the whole equipment. At the same time the paper studies the feasibility in theory and technical data,points out the advantage and disadvantage of the system and get to the conclusion that the machine being machined as an integrity is feasible. The author finds a new way for the machining of this kind of parts and makes a discussion on the new method put forward by the author.
