摘要
对１０例主动脉夹层动脉瘤的ＣＴ表现进行分析，以了解该病的特征性ＣＴ征象。结果示直接征象为不同密度的真、假两腔及剥离的内膜瓣、钙化内移的内膜。认为采用适当ＣＴ扫描技术可使ＣＴ诊断本病的灵敏度＞９０％。
CT findings of 10 cases with dissecting aortic aneurysm in our hospital were reported.The characteristic direct CT findings of this disease were:true and false lumens with difinite attenuation values and intimal flap seperating the two chambers,and the inward moving of the calcified inner wall.The sensitivity of CT scans performed with proper technique for diagnosis was greater than 90%.And combining other indirect CT findings,this disease could be divfingwshed from other aortic lesions.
