摘要
在实际测量中,被测导体对电涡流传感器输出信号的影响一般不被考虑。对涡流传感器的工作原理进行了定性的探讨;在此基础上对不同材料的导体在不同厚度进行实验测量,分析实验数据,研究不同被测导体对电涡流传感器性能的影响。
In this paper, current eddy effect is expounded and the running principle of the sensor is discussed.Then different conductors have been measured, and the gotten data is analyzed by Origin7.0. The influence of different measured conductor on the output of the current eddy sensor is illustrated.
