摘要
建立了氨基胍的HPLC测定方法。色谱柱为日本岛津L-column ODS反相柱,流动相为水-氨水-高氯酸缓冲液,检测波长为195nm。平均回收率为100．03％,RSD为0．46％。该方法简单,快速,重现性好。
A new HPLC method for the determination of aminoguanidine was established . The L-column is Shim-pack VP-ODS producted by Shimadzu corporation in Japen. The mixture of water - ammonia - perchloric acid was used as mobile phase. The detection was made at the wavelength of 195nm o The average recoveries of biuret was 100.03 % ,The RSD was 0.46 %. That method is easy, speedily, reappeaing quality is good .
