摘要
通过34例老年糖尿病患者直肠癌根治术围手术期的护理观察，认为针对老年糖尿病患者的特点，详细制定护理计划，落实各项护理措施，对保证手术成功、促使患者早日康复有着重要的意义。
On the basis of perioperative nursing study and practice of 34 senile patients with diabetes receiving radical operation of rectal carcinoma, the author believes that such factors as individual and proper nursing plan and complete implementation could play an important role to successful operations and to earlier recovery.
