溃疡性结肠炎结肠病变与舌质舌苔脉象关系的研究

Study on the Correlations of Colonic Pathologic Changes due to Ulcerative Colitis and Tongue Proper, Tongue Fur and Pulse Conditions

探讨溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的舌质、舌苔、脉象与结肠局部病变的相关性，将UC120例按中医辨证分为脾虚湿热型40例，脾肾亏虚型40例．肠道湿热型40例，对比三个证型肠镜表现积分及舌脉表现的异同，并且分析结肠病变与舌脉辨证的相关性。结果表明，UC舌脉表现是其结肠局部病变在全身的反应，诊治UC时必须将舌脉辨证与镜象辨证结合起来，才能收到好的效果。

The objective of the study was to explore the correlations of colonic local lesions due to ulcerative colitis （UC） and tongue proper, tongue fur and pulse conditions. According to the analysis of symptoms ＆ signs based on the theories of TCM, 120 cases with UC were clarified and divided into three groups of different types：the damp-heat due to hypofunction of the spleen （40 cases,group A） , deficiency of both spleen and kidney （40 cases,group B） ,and intestinal damp heat （40 cases,group C）. The colonoscopic findings and the tongue/pulse findings of the 3 groups were compared and analized,and their correlations were studied. It is concluded that the tongue pulse expressions of lhe patients with UC are actual reaction of colonic local pathologic changes,and that better diagnosis and treatment may be ac the basis of the analysis of both colonoscopic findings and the tongue pulse findings.
