摘要 应用传热学基本原理和有限差分法,对热轧TRIP钢轧制和冷却过程的温度场进行了模拟和分析。结果表明,预测值与实测值符合很好;因为在未再结晶区轧制有利于铁素体形成,所以应严格控制在Ar3和Ar1之间的缓冷时间、快速冷却时间和在贝氏体区等温温度和时间,以获得更好的TRIP效应。 By using of heat-transfer mechanism and finite difference method, the temperature distribution during rolling and cooling of hot-rolled TRIP steel were simulated and analyzed, The results show that the calculatced values are good agreement with the measured ones. Rolling in nonrecrystallization zone is effective on austenite to ferrite transformation. The times of air cooling between Ar3 and Arl, ultra-fast cooling and the bainite transfomation hold temperature and time must be strictly controlled to obtain the better TRIP effect.
