摘要
文章从分析白银市经济转型的实践与探索基础上,明确提出用高新技术改造提升传统产业,培育发展接续产业;发展多元支柱产业,包括有色金属精深加工、稀土新材料、精细化工、资源回收和再生利用、新能源和洁净能源、非金属矿产资源制品、农畜产品深加工等。阐述了科技创新在经济转型过程中的重要作用,同时,国家的政策和财力支持也是加快资源型城市转型的重要条件。
Based on practice and study on the coonomic transformation in Baiyin city, this paper puts forward that high technology stould be adopted to enhance the traditional industry and develop substituted industry; multi pillar industry such as non-ferrous metal deep machining, REE new material, refined chemistry industry, retrieval and recycle of resource, new energy and dean energy, nonmetal mineral rescurce product and deep machining of farm product should be devdoped. The importance of sci-technology innovation in economic transformation is presented in this paper. Policy and finance support from governments is an other important factor to accelerate the resources dty transformation.
