摘要
循环经济是一种“促进人与自然的协调与和谐”的经济发展模式,其经济理念于20世纪末引入我国。随着科学发展观的确立,发展循环经济已成为实现国家发展战略和社会经济协调发展的主要途径。本文是在对贵州、江苏、上海等循环经济搞得较好的地区进行实地调研的基础上,分析存在的问题,提出发展循环经济的近期目标。
Recycling economy is a kind of economic development model of “promoting the harmony between Human Beings and Nature” ; the economic conception was introduced into China at the end of the 20th century. With the establishment of scientific development conception, recycling economy has become a main approach to realize national development strategy and social economic development harmoniously. This paper mainly discuses the existing problems and points out that the immediate objective is developing circulating economy based on the practical research regions such as Guizhou province, Jiangsu province and Shanghai city.
