摘要
在工业铝电解槽上,内衬材料占有很重要的地位。内衬材料的性能对铝电解槽的热量损失尤其重要,其导热系数是计算热平衡的重要数据之一。对于导热系数的测量方法有很多种,本文是根据YB/T059-91[1],在实验室原有仪器[2]的基础上设计了测量装置,并对某铝电解厂的筑炉和刨炉材料的导热系数进行了测量和分析。
The lining Materials of aluminium reduction cells are very important. The properties of lining Materials are important to the heat losses of aluminium reduction ceils. Their thermal conductivity is one oi important dates calculated heat balance. There are many means to determine thermal conductivity. This experiment designs the measuring installation on the basic of YB/T059 - 91 and primary equipment in the lab. And the author measures and analyses thermal conductivity of lining- fabricating in aluminium reduction cells.
