摘要
本文研究了无花果丝孢酵母(Trichospfigueriae)J—04等6株微生物的脂肪酸在细胞内、细胞外及细胞表面的分布。用紫外线和硫酸二酯对J-04进行复合诱变。用制霉菌素和琥珀酸钠筛选具有高渗透性和抗阻遏的突变菌株。诱变筛选的JU-09菌株,其胞外酶活性提高了76%。
This paper introduces the distribution of Lipases in cells,cess surfaces and media, which are produced by Trichosp figuerial J-04 and other five strains respectively. In order to obtain induced variant with resistant repression and high permeability of the end products, the strain J-04 was subjected to compound induced mutation using ultraviolet ray and ethyl sulfate as inducers.Then the strain JB-09 was selected by fungicidin and cuccinic acid. As the result that the exocellular lipase acivity of the strain JB-09 was about 1. 76 tinies the activity of the strain J-04.
