锅炉燃烧中的一个流体力学问题

摘要 锅炉正压燃烧是锅炉燃烧时容易发生的一个严重问题,威胁锅炉的安全运行.其形成原因是多方 面的.介绍一个风道壁面振动,造成非定常流动流体,从而使前向、后向台阶流动分离涡脱落,造成的正压燃 烧实例.采取加强固壁,消除台阶等措施进行改造,取得了很好的效果. Boiler pressurized combustion is a serious problem, which affects the working safety of the boiler. There are many factors in the problem. A case of pressurized combustion is presented, which is caused by the unsteady shedding flow of separated vortex in the forward and backward facing step flow. Vibration of the wall caused by flow-solid coupling is another important factor causing pressurized combustion. A better result is achieved and electric power is saved with the wall being reinforced and the back facing step eliminated.
