在大隆水利枢纽大坝施工中,一方面充分使用库区淹没线以下的料源作为填筑大坝用料,另一方面就地利用施工中产生的弃料填筑大坝,尽可能实现工程无弃料,这将使施工对环境产生的破坏和改变最小,从而达到环保用料的目标。

During the construction of the dam for Dalong Water Control Project, the filling material for the dam construction is not only from the borrow area under the submerged line of the reservoir area, but also from the excavated spoil on the spot. In this way, the excavated spoil is utilized to the full, and then the impact and damage from the construction on the environment are greatly reduced and the target of the filling material utilized for environment protection is got as well.
