通过对大隆水利枢纽工程拦河坝防渗工程的结构特点及防渗效果进行分析,对土坝防渗设施的整体性控制作了有益的探索。大隆工程土石坝的防渗控制不只局限于坝体,而是将坝体、坝基及坝肩一定范围作为一个整体考虑,形成防渗体系,并加以控制,只有这样方可获得较好的效果。
