摘要
三亚宁远河流域大洪水绝大多数由热带气旋雨产生,流域汇流迅速,洪水陡涨陡落。大隆水库在施工期采用水情自动测报系统收集雨情信息,使洪水预报更加及时。根据暴雨洪水特点,洪水预报采用主雨强结束后即开始预报,对于复峰过程则采取多次补报的方式修正。
Most of the floods occurred in the basin of Ningyuan River in Sanya are created by the tropic cyclones with rapid confluence and precipitous fluctuation of flood. During the construction of Dalong Reservoir, the information of rainfall is collected by the automatic system of hydrological data acquisition and transmission with more duly prediction of flood; of which the prediction begins as soon as the end of the main strong rainfall and the multi-supplement is taken for the modification of the repeated peak rainfall durations as well.
