摘要
环氧丙烷(PO)是一种重要的有机化工中间体。本文对PO生产的主要方法(氯醇法、共氧化法、过氧乙酸法)的优缺点进行了分析;结合绿色化学的原理,对电化学催化氧化、光催化氧化、胶束催化氧化、生物酶催化氧化合成PO等生产技术进行了评述;对TS-1/H2O2催化烯烃环氧化反应机理及PO合成工艺进行了详细的介绍。结果表明,TS-1/H2O2催化环氧化工艺具有低污染、高选择性、反应条件温和等优点,代表了PO绿色合成的发展方向。
Propylene Oxide (PO) is an important intermediate in chemical industry. On the basis of critical survey of current industrial processes for PO synthesis, such as chlorhydrin process, hydroiperoxide process and peraeetic acid process, a review about some approaches to PO preparation, including electrochemical catalytic oxidation, photocatalysis catalytic oxidation, enzymatic technique, and micelles catalytic oxidation as well, was presented in this article according to the principles of Green Chemistry. The results of analysis and discussion on the mechanism and the synthesis technology of PO by TS- 1/H2O2 catalytic oxidation method show that this process can be characterized as low pollution, high selectivity and mild reaction condition, and represents the trend in PO production.
