摘要
苏丹红是一种人工合成的偶氮类、油溶性的化工染色剂,然而在最近的新闻报道中常常看到在有些食品中有它的成分,引起人们的恐慌,苏丹红一号对人体是否有害,它的毒性机理是什么?用什么方法可以把它从食品中检验出来呢?本文对以上问题作了简要介绍。
Sudan is an artificial synthesis azoic lipid soluble chemical industry dye solvent. However recently it is often reported to be contained in some food,which causes the panic of people. The article briefly answers the following questions :whether it is harmful to our health? what is its poison mechanism? How can it be examined out of the food?
