稀土硼酸盐玻璃中三价镝离子的光谱分析 被引量:9

Optics and Spectral Investigation in Dy^(3+)-Doped Borate Glasses

摘要 制备了具有高效可见荧光发射的Dy3+掺杂稀土硼酸盐(LBLB)玻璃,测量和分析了玻璃样品的吸收和荧光光谱。运用Judd-Ofelt理论,根据玻璃的吸收光谱求得各吸收跃迁的振子强度,利用最小二乘法求得Dy3+离子的晶场调节参数Ωt(t=2,4,6)分别为4.04×10-20,1.30×10-20和1.82×10-20cm2,计算了拟合过程的均方根偏差(rδms)。在紫外光激发下,Dy3+掺杂LBLB玻璃发出明亮的黄白光。激发光谱表明,氩离子激光器是Dy3+掺杂LBLB玻璃有效的激发光源。 Dy^3 + -doped high effective visible fl borate glasses (LBLB) with uorescence emission were synthesized. The absorption spectrum and fluorescence spectrum of this glass were measured and analyzed. By using J-O theory, the oscillator strengths for some tion transitions were calculated according to the absorption spectra. The 2, 4, 6) of Dy^3+ were intensity parameters Ωt ( t = determined by using a least-squares fitting approach, and the values are 4.04×10^-20, 1.30 ×10^-20 and 1.82 ×10^-20cm, respectively. The root-mean-square deviation δmax was calculated. Under UV light excitation, Dy^3+-doped borate glasses (LBLB) emit intense yellowish white lights. The excitation spectrum indicates that argon laser is the effective excitation source in Dy^3+-doped LBLB glasses
