摘要
由于绝大多数纳米木粉尺度的实测是很困难的,采用筛分实测值有一定的统计规律,但具体数值的检测和预测仍然有一定的难度。当宏观分析纳米木粉形状尺度时,依赖木材细胞模型形状计算和预测出的纳米尺寸可以满足纳米木粉工业化加工的要求。在总结国内外纳米木粉研究和对木粉几何尺寸进行统计分析的基础上,通过木材细胞壁厚的几何尺寸定量计算纳米木粉尺寸,在不断碰壁加工的情况下实现在低能耗形成过程中的工艺参数,定性地解释纳米木粉在低能耗形成过程利用横切微米木片以后经过揉搓形成纳米木粉过程中,细胞尺寸变化的形成关系。由微观解释不同木材纳米木粉尺寸的形成原因,将使我们从微观理论的高度认识纳米木粉宏观尺寸的变化,为木材纳米加工开创新的研究领域。
It is difficult to measure nanometer wooden fibre, adopting sieving is statistical, but it is difficult to inspect and respect nanometer wooden fibre. When analyzing the macroscopical changes of nanometer wooden fibre form, the size relying on cell's model form satisfies the request that the timber industrialization of nanometer procession. This paper summarizes the study of domestical and international wooden fibre cell model and statistical, analyzes the wooden fibre cell geometry size, calculates the craft parameter which the cell changes in the course of taking shape in low energy consumPtion of nanometer fibre through the geometry size of thick cell wall, naturally explains the relation that cell's size changes in the course of taking shape in low energy consumption of nanometer wooden fibre. Because majority parameter of nanometers wooden fibre cell satisfies certain statistics microcosmical law, though the research of this paper, we can explained the reason of changes of different nanometer wooden fibre size from the micro change, we will realize the change of the macroscopical size of nanometer wooden fibre from the standing of micro theory, and create a new research field for nanometer processing.
