木板热压干燥应力研究

Study on the stress of lumber in the process of hot press drying

本文通过对200×120×30mm榆木板材的热压干燥试验,介绍了试材不同部位在不同干燥时间的应力状况;分析了试材在干燥过程中含水率不同时的干燥缺陷以及用喷水法防止干燥缺陷的效果。

By the test of the hot press drying of elm lumber 200 × 120 × 30mm, the paper introduces the stress state at varying position and drying time; analyses the dry defects of the lumber in the drying process and effect of avoiding the defects by spraying water.
