变电运行管理系统通常与变电监控(或变电站集控中心)系统一起参与电力系统的 运行，并与电力信息系统结为一体。近年，电力生产企业要求变电管理工作自动化的趋势明显加 强。微软公司在2002年推出的 ．NET 技术框架为开发 Web 模式的变电管理系统提供了技术平 台。本文根据变电管理信息化的需要，利用．NET 平台技术设计并开发了同时具备 C/S 和 B/S 模式的变电管理信息系统。

The management system of transformation running usually participates the electric power system with monitoring system of transforming voltage （or control center of transformer substation）, and integrate the electricity information system. In the last few years, in the electric enterprise, the trend that requests to automatize the management of transformation running strengthens obviously. The . NET technique frame that Microsoft released in 2002 supplys a technique condition to develop management system of transformation running that base on mode of web. According to demand of information of transformation running, the . NET technique is used to design and develop the management information system of transforming voltage that has the C/ S and B/ S mode at the same time.
