To analyze the development trend, development conditions and development priority in petrochemical and chemical industry during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period. More emphases are put on analyzing refinery, ethylene, polyester, terephthalic acid, PVC, C1 series chemicals, fine chemicals and new material fields etc.
