The Thermostability of Phospholipase A_2 Obtainedfrom the Venom of Agkistrodon Acutus of Hunan

本文测定了湖南产五步蛇蛇毒磷脂酶Ａ２在不同温度保温后的酶活性，结果表明此酶具有一定的热稳定性。

The enzymatic activity of Phospholipase A2 obtained from Agkistrodon venom(Hunan)was assayed after incubation at different temperatures. The result indicated this enzyme was relatively thermostable.
