An Animal Model of Blood Transfusion in Rabbits

摘要 本文对42只输异体血的兔进行了组织相容性研究,结果表明,可以取任何供血兔的血输给任何受血兔,而不会引起抗宿主反应及溶血反应。在不考虑血型的前提下,本组实验受血者输血已达其身血容量的20%以上,而没有发生任何溶血性变化。尽管兔存在血型,但抗原性较弱可能是不发生溶血的主要原因。 Blood transfusion was carried out in 42 rabbits to studies compatibility.Large quantities of blood can be transfused in rabbits from any donor to any recipient.Ir-respective of their groups the blood transfused may reach up to 20% of the recipient'sblood volume without any change at the first blood transfusion.Although a series of bloodgroups have been confirmed,the antigenicity may be too weak to cause hemolysis.Therabbit could be considered as an ideal animal model of blood transfusion.
