年龄因素对Wistar大鼠部分血液学血液生化指标及脏器系数的影响

The Influnces of Ages to Some Index of Hematology,Blood Biochemistry and Organ Weights of Wistar Rats

为探讨年龄对大鼠部分生理指标的影响，本实验分别测定了２（２０只）、５（２０只）和８（２０只）月龄大鼠的１０项血液学、８项血液生化指标和６－７项脏器系数，结果发现，随着年龄的增长，大鼠血液ＲＢＣ、ＨＧＢ及ＨＣＴ值升高，血清ＧＰＴ、ＧＯＴ及ＴＰ值也升高，而血清ＡＬＰ、ＧＬＵ值降低。脏器系数中以脑、肝、肾降低明显。此外，血清ＢＩＬ值的变化为８月龄＞２月龄＞５月龄，而睾丸相对重量的变化为８月龄＞２月龄＞５月龄。

There are 10 index of hematology,8 of blood biochemistry and 6 7 of or-gan weights of Wistar rats with age 2、 5 and 8 monthes were determined and compared.The results revealed that when the rats grew older,the values of RBC、HGB、GPT、GOT and TP of blood were uprised,The weight liver and kidney got lower.However,thevalue of the BIL of blood was changed with 8 monthes> 2 monthes> 5 monthes,and therelative weights of testes were changed with 5 monthes> 8 monthes > 2 monthes.
