子宫平滑肌细胞雌、孕激素受体含量在性周期中的变动

Cyclical Fluctuation of the Contents of Cytosolic Progesterone and Estradiol Receptor during Estrous Cycle in Rat Uterus

采用放射免疫法（ＲＩＡ）检测大鼠在动情周期中两侧子宫角胞浆中雌、孕激素受体的含量，结果表明，大鼠在动情周期中子宫胞浆雌、孕激素受体含量呈周期性变化，与血清孕酮水平呈一定的对应关系，但两侧子宫胞浆雌、孕激素受体含量在各期无明显差异，提示大鼠可作为一种甾体激素受体测定的理想同体对照实验模型。

The contents of progesterone and estradiol cytosolic receptor in rat uteruswere measured by Dextran-CharcoalAssay.The content of those receptors showed acyclical fluctuation during the estrous cycle in rats.and there was a negative correlation inthe content of cytosolic progesterone receptor with progesterone level in serum.But thecontents of cytosolic progesterone or estradiol receptor in two homs were similar at any phase of estrous cycle in rats
