摘要
目的探讨奥氮平、利培酮分别合碳酸锂治疗老年期躁狂症的疗效与副反应。方法96例老年期躁狂症随机分成两组，一组服奥氮平，另一组服利培酮，治疗6周。结果奥氮平组临床疗效21例治愈，16例进步，8例有效，3例无效，利培酮组分别为16，6，8和8例。结论奥氮平是治疗老年期躁狂症安全有效药物。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and side effects between Olanzapine and Risperidone in the treatment of old age mania. Methods Forty-elght patients with old age mania received Olanzapine and were compared with other forty-eight old age mania patients receiving Risperidone,They were cured for six weeks. Results In Olanzapine Group, 21 Patients were cured , 16 improved, 8 effective and 3 ineffective. In Risperidone Group, the corresponding numbers were 16,6,8 and 8 respectively, Conclusion Olanzapine is an effective and safe antimania agent.
