摘要
本文从定义、发病机制、相关因素，治疗及预后等方面综述了卒中后抑郁的研究迫展，提出卒中后抑郁是神经生物学因素和社会心理因素共同作用的结果。
The study reviewed the research progress about concept, mechanism, related risks, therapy and prognosis of post stroke depression. It suggested post-stroke depression might be caused by both neurobiological and social psychological factors.
